Thobeka Masango is a Project Administrator in the University of Pretoria’s Department of Mining Engineering, supporting the SAMERDI programme and its research activities. Her experience includes project coordination, financial management and reporting, stakeholder engagement, research administration, event coordination and project documentation. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from GIBS, an Honours degree in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations, and a BCom in Human Resource Management and Industrial Psychology from the University of Pretoria.
For RAMMS, Thobeka supports programme administration and coordination, including financial reporting, budget tracking, stakeholder liaison, research activity coordination, meetings, progress reporting and project documentation. She works with students, researchers and academic stakeholders to facilitate collaboration, monitor deliverables and support programme activities.
